About the Organization
Clear Vision for Change (CIVISCE) is a women’s rights and women-led non-for-profit organisation registered under the NGO Act No 24 of 2002 of the United Rep. of Tanzania with office in Kigoma Ujiji Municipality, Kigoma, Tanzania. CIVISCE is a resources pooling organisation working closely with women, young women and girls from poor communities to overcome development obstacles in their midst. The work of CIVISCE focuses on contributing to the promotion of gender equality with four thematic areas, namely:
- Prevention of Gender Based Violence,
- Economic Empowerment,
- Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights, and
- Climate Justice
CIVISCE is looking for a consultancy firm or individual consultant with vast knowledge and experience in designing website for NGOs and mainly creating donation system with payment gateway integration that support all payment method. This consultancy focuses on fulfilling CIVISCE fundraising objective as an NGO. In addition to this, the consultant will have to visit CIVISCE website and explore further areas to subserve CIVISCE’s fundraising objective. CIVISCE will share necessary details with the selected consultant/firm to allow them access the system and do the needful.
Objectives
To enhance CIVISCE’S fundraising efforts, streamline operations and provide a convenient way for supporters to accomplish charitable purposes
Specifically, the donation system to be created will ensure
- CIVISCE is capable to accept donations and process payments easily
- Online financial transactions for CIVISCE can be done securely and there is security for both CIVISCE and donors during online transactions
- CIVISCE validate payment details and encrypt sensitive information
- Donor information is kept safe and secure by sending it encrypted to the payment processor
Application Procedures
Interested applicants are invited to send their motivation letter with CV and a very short proposal (not more than 3 pages) outlining which priority security features will be considered and how they will achieve the objective of this consultancy including a timeline and an estimate cost (all in English) by August 25, 2024, midnight.
